From my understanding, on 18 , not only chairman sold other insider also followed sold...

I guessed on that day...
Chairman sold 600k units
Other insider sold 1800k units
Company bought 2400k units

I would pay close attention to see hiw things are evolved, frankly this is an deeply undervalued counter in my watch list still.
If everything set out well accept by the market, $1.30 - 1.50 will be on the card.

u can read market very well. price down due to margin call, never is due to biz deterioration.

price will go up after margin call completed, while biz continue as usual. or after margin call, biz will suddenly turnaround and make more money?

or perhaps it is just due to poorer company condition resulting in margin call. that all..
