Tracy123 - Yes, Quanta owns 51% of the JV with SMT (49%). This is for manufacturing works for Western Digital.
Because of many synergies, the Taiwanese are rumoured to be keen to take stake in EG and prior to the MCO, discussion was being held. However, ever since the lock-down of countries, there has been no news and maybe due to traveling abroad is still not allowed, things are possibly delayed.
