Further to the Company’s previous announcements dated 27 November 2013, 20 January 2014 and 25 March 2014, the Board of Directors of FITTERS is pleased to announce that at the East Coast Economic Region (“ECER”) 1st Quarter 2014 Update and Announcement of Investments in ECER Ceremony held on 25 April 2014, Molecor (SEA) Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 420497-A) (formerly known as FITTERS Industries Sdn Bhd)(“MSSB”), a subsidiary of the Company which is an investor in the ECER has been officially given the following:-

a) Manufacturing licence from MIDA for the manufacturing of PVC-O pipes.

b) Pioneer status for the manufacturing of PVC-O pipes for a period of eight (8) years which entitled MSSB to a 100% tax exemption on all statutory income during the pioneer status period.

This announcement is dated 25 April 2014.

Overall KLCI is good ? Actualy is bear market trend , 7xx counter down today , use main 30 counter to hold the index only . If tomorrow up , than its still can hold , otherwise can protect partially profit first . Support - 1.01 , 0.96 , 0.915 . Resistance 1.113 , 1.13 .

Counter Update (29-Apr):
FITTERS is on its T4, as the market is showing some sign of panic selling which causes most of the stock to retrace. As a result, FITTERS is facing the same issue too. Anyhow, the chart shows that the price had filled the gap of the previous jump, this shows that the sentiment is weak and it had cancelled out the bullish signal that being shown last week.

Fitters baby 1.03 kg less healthy , grow need till 2.5 / 3.0 kg , we need support milk powder & pampers for long long term ! my sifu say choice with good company for long term , will grow a day , and fitter is my choice lah !

Gave out dividend last year and this year, I think last month 2cents
. Not bad but lesser than mflour. U can view all dividend payout in news and blog colomn here.

Zetapark SOHO maiden property project by FITTERS. I understand that purchasers have yet to receive their CCC even though have been handed over in a rush since end March 2014 (to avoid LAD situation) till now. As such, purchaser cannot do anything (renovation, filling in furniture a, moving in) to its unit despite it being handed over.

It took 36 + 6 month to complete this project just for inspection. So much for its Vision to be a "Niche Boutique Developer". This is another case of developer not looking into the interest of their purchasers. I believed that they will surely have a bunch of angry purchasers now which will impact the take-up rate of their subsequent projects. So much for reputation.

MACD not strong enough , hopefully 1.01 support can hold on till move up , from chart - RSI , KD , WD , BB is most complete the correction . Once MACD go strong , the price only can move up .
