It's 0.065 to be precise, therefore

The RM0.125 is already considered as a 90% "juicy" premium.

It's the same situation here . D share already reflect the announcement yesterday . The buyer wants to buy at 0.125 but it was trading above 20 Sen . Rather selling to the buyer better sell to market lo . Simple. This is nothing . I don't get it y u al so panic selling. Even though after people saw the news and sell on panic stil price maintain at 0.17-0.180 ma . In 1-3 days they price will slowly climb up once the shareholders understand

Relax. Capital injection by the directors is a good thing. They finally realised its time to turn to the company around. Think as an investor point of view, the drop is probably good to flush out speculators.

There must be a procedure to see how much they could collect. Once it's enough the next news would probably be their direction to calm the investors down. No business man in the right sense would put in money just for the sake of seeing the public suffer while they themselves are paying a premium currently to acquire their controlling interest back.
But I personally feel the GO came out slightly out of their plan while the first two announcement (authorization to distribute testing kits and shen zhen pharmaceutical) came first.
They could easily just pay a premium then at roughly 45 (80 to 125) rather then incurring so much more in their PL whereby the stock are trading at 230. So maybe something is put of their control.
But that may also indicate that if they are willing to puy such a high premium from ytd to today may also indicate that there is a larger plan behind. Nobody would pump in money for losses and seeing this chat room ppl panic.

@kata 888 yes it's true that its net asset is 0.07 with a premium of 125 is probably to reward those who held before this as an apology or to regain their previous holders confidence for what's to come. I may not know what's gonna be coming but the assurance is that they are injecting alot for something. Nobody would purchase food if they don't intend to eat it, what more they are paying hell alot more for its actual price

What could possibly be stirring HWGB last Friday that caused it to rebound strongly to close up 4sen at 0.21?

Besides the Covid-19 Test Kit, nothing much has been mentioned about their 5-year Manufacturing and Supply Agreement that was signed between Astramune Sdn Bhd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of HWGB) and Guardion Health Sciences, Inc (GHSI) on 30 March 2020.

1) A quick search via Google showed that Astramune Sdn Bhd had infact placed an initial order for US$875,000 (RM3,762,500) worth of AcuMMUNE from GHSI on 1/4/20: -

My comments: -
1) acuMUNE should be a hot seller as it targets the niche market for the affluent. Affluent consumers perceive themselves as important, valuable customers, and they expect to be recognized and treated as such at every point in the customer lifecycle. They also demand products and services that fit their lifestyle needs and live up to (or even exceed) their extremely high expectations;

2) At US$75 per kit, US$875,000 can buy abt 11,667 kits. Assuming a profit margin of (30% x US$75) per kit =US$22.50. So, (11,667 kits x US$22.50) = US$262,507.50 or RM1.13M.
