If you look at the business nature of Sam and industry involved - aerospace and aviation industry, the barrier of entry is very high. It is hardly more than 5 players in Asia being qualified as vendors to supply precious metal parts to Boeing, Airbus and GE. so the profit margin should be good and in the range of 15% to 25%. Based on this, I assume the Earning Per Share (EPS) can reach minimum 80 cts for FY2016. Coupled with the visibility of earning and strong order backlog of RM4.5 Billion, SAM should be gauged with fair valuation at PE 15 to 20 times as per industry peers, or at RM12.00 to 16.00 per share.
Hello, all my friends here. I am just reciprocating Icon8888’s call and give my personal point of views. AWAS! I could be the big ‘holland king’ . Always bear in mind that my word is not gospel.
A doji candlestick was formed on 19 Oct (Mon), when the candle has opened and closed at the same price of 7.06 and moved in a range of 0.35 on that trading day. Normally this indicates indecision among the market participants. The MACD line, the RSI oscillator (reading 83 on that day) and the momentum index were all toppish. I took it to mean that prices were overbought and a price reversal was imminent. My action on that day was – sell.
However, market price movement for the next 2 trading days (20 & 21 Oct) took me by surprise i.e. prices continued to surge from the opening bells as though sky is the limit. Should 2 white candle sticks would be formed on the next 2 trading days (on 22 & 23), then an interesting price pattern of 4 white soldiers would be formed at the TOP of the uncharted territory. By sensibility, a prudent trader ought to take profit at that moment of time. And at that moment, prices would have surged or soared for more than 8 days in continuation.
I bear no responsibility for what I had said. Please do not bomb or broom me if I am wrong.
A point to note. TA skills ignore FA changes. In other words, a technical analyst normally assumes that the fundamentals of the business entity would remain constant (no corporate exercise) at least in the very short term.
mr ckwan11d, ha ha ha...I really like and salute you!You Shield yourself first against all odds, knowing very well there are a lot of self-proclaimed, egoistic and also many disgruntled losers swimming around in i3 crocodile pool, ready to ngap anybody mercilessly any time, anyhow!! "I bear no responsibility for what I had said. Please do not bomb or broom me if I am wrong."

SAM SAM SAM pls soar sky high to above RM10, then BOD will likely to announce split & hopefully bonus share or free warrant. Hold and sit tight all SAM holders.
