wondering if a wood base building block supplier deserves a higher PE valuation than the wood based block (furniture) makers...
- less competition - easier investment on automation technology to replace workers who do not require special skills unlike furniture makers. - from k8118k links we can see a consistent cyclical trend of the demand and that the peak demand period is just beginning: http://www.rvia.org/?ESID=currentmonth
O&G industries out ...coz crude price down Plantations out......coz CPO price low...Indonesia have endless supply Service sector has a bad future becoz of TPPA Now even Semicon sectors are taking a hit.......
what else to consider laa?
K8118K...I was thinking the same about the two important factors u had mentioned. Timber quality of equatorial climate like us. And U.S companies like Lumber liquidators who took a bad hit sourcing from China....may opt from Malaysia as their raw material.

Coz it looks like they have no immediate Capex needs...may only take place at a later stage I guess.
