agreed that the price after ex may not worth the trouble to hold on given that the counter may lose the listing if no new business is at hand to replace the sold shares. Though there r speculations that catcha may involve Rev in their business but so far no clear indication on that . After ex , no more income generating but it will be a new ball game altogether . To start a business on a new platform will be damn tough given the present scenario but acquiring business needs more fund but Rev has no more the required amount ; the only way is share placement or selling rights , both ways will impede on the price as happened before. So all in all , there are too many uncertainties and the best way is when you are making , just taking profits.
Management seems like got plan to acquire. But touch wood if delisted, how much they need to compensate shareholders like us on this boat? Anybody know. Between, I can see people still buying.
it will be too risky to hold until it becomes PN 16.... No business after ex buy new business but need CASH No cash ? new share placement or rights ? share placement or rights needs approval but no more time! Possibly PN 16 , if so , what will happen to the price? possibly going down as well ....how much you may anticipate the downside? After acquiring business , not sure of making money or not , coz starting fr scratch... Is it worth it ? ask yourself...
the counting process begin....the sharks will know if many retails bought at 85cts tomoro will down somemore, if the retailers kena force sell at 85cts tomoro will up. they are bookies the retairers are players.
85-85.5 were 3.5 mi shares , much bigger than the earlier price , hope that the support will come , if not may see lower at 67-73c.....hope the support will be intact.
The reason is because they sell off their core business for this dividend and now they need to find a new business or else they will become a empty company without anything left beside cash..
No problem... some time u just cant buy into it just because they give huge bonus... u must look into the reason....good example is alcom....go study it
