MOU is MOU at the end of the day.. but bear in mind Huawei is not ordinary Chinese company i.e. Ah Tan Ltd, Ah Wong Ltd, Ah Chan Ltd.. it's bloody HUAWEI! I don't believe they would just sign MOU with a company without considering their background and whether it would be beneficial to them..

Sure win case because cant change the fact that there is a breach of contract.. but compensation is totally different issue if they still hope to get future contract from government whether it is PN, BN or PH whoever wins the next GE..
