I still own 50k CSL warrants at cost of 5.5c and see whether can get any returns.My last straw of confidence was lost when the factory caught fire and was totally shaken,devastated.Fortunately never on dole yet,ha,ha!Still a strong survival and hope you didn't walk into trap.

If they deliberately delayed the a/c and get it suspended everybody falls into the trap.Then somebody must apply to the court to freeze the a/cs esp the cash until they submit the a/c.

这个中国文具，股价也真令人惊心动魄，2012年上市价95仙，之后一度做到1.93令吉，如今却掉到22仙，惨不忍睹。
童贵旺提出了几个问题，针针到肉，例如，中国文具只是卖塑料文具而已，为何能够有44%的毛利润？为什么拥有庞大现金的它还要借贷，而且利息高达15-35%？
而且，大股东在今年把股权从72%减少到23%，一些甚至是以低于30仙贱价售出。
说到大股东减持股票，我们觉得如要卖股票，为何要95仙上市后，不说最高1.93令吉不卖，却等到30仙才卖，这真是马股里不可解开的谜之一。
同时，公司净资产每股1.14令吉，净现金约10亿令吉，即每股80仙，大股东需要卖股吗？
如果我是大股东（控制72%），又等钱用的话，面对这样的公司，我会怎么办？以利益来作出发点，我不如把公司私有化更好。以其股价22仙，我大可出价28仙收购，溢价28%。
至于凭单由于不到价，出价0.5仙即可。
收购成功的话，公司的每股80仙我可以占为己有，而那28%的28仙出价，总成本约等于1亿令吉，即每股8仙，扣了以后我其实是占有了一间净现金约9亿令吉，即每股72仙的公司。
这样好的买卖，相信很多银行乐意借我一笔钱来融资进行收购，而不是劝我卖掉手中72%股权。

didn't i told you that i will be back when the tp touched 19c again ! Somewhere end of Feb 14...hmmm ...i hope you still remember bcos i already removed that one..initially i felt no so good to show every one that i'm so well-verse with wat is happeneng along the trace....almost 99.99% spot ON!.
During that time i was still holding more than 50kk share! now i m holding 5kk-CSL-warrant! only(i may let it burnt all).

the 100kk share of my fred... they told me.... but the actual figure i'm not pretty sure, i know them for quite sometime ,the begining of the year they are holding more 10% but not individually !.> 10% (125-150mil).... they also mentioned that they sold (20-50kk) at 10% gained!

about 'leno" one thing good about him is the 'aliliba story"....i actually like the moral of the story since my childhood time!
