投资任何项目都要承受 风险和亏损。。。如果承受不料最好把钱放在银行收利息。。。我自己本身有买 Sapnrg...0.04--0.08..分。。。明知是 大亏公司而且又是 PN 17 股票，为什麽我还进场买入，难道我不怕它停牌或倒闭吗 ？因为这公司 背景不同和不简单，有政治因素，再来居然这间有大问题的公司，为什麽它还拿到不少大工程和合约。。。PNB 都敢以 0.80---1.00 进场了，再加上多间大银行和它有关系。。。目前买入都是 看这公司的前景。。当它的一些难题解决了再加上它有利润。。。相信未来这间公司的股价。。会改善吧。。。希望我的看法没错。

Example you have 3 properties worth 5 million in accounting book, outstanding loan 3 million . You business is making loss and your accountant has advised you to do impairment write off the properties book value to 2 million. Now your NTA is negative 1 million.

After you resolved the cash flow problem and the business is back on track, your accountant will tell you now your do revaluation for your properties. Reverse the impairment back to 5 million. Suddenly the NTA become positive.

Accounting magic !!!

3 years ago the drilling market was so bad the daily charter rate just below USD70K and rigs utilization rate was very low. This was the reason for the impairment write down.

Total the rigs daily charter rate already more than USD120k per day and overseas market already reaching USD 200k per day. The demand is more than the supply in the domestic and global market now.

The market situation has changed, this is justifiable for a revaluation mark to market value of the drilling subsidiary.
