For Amprop Datuk Hashim took it private from 54.5 sen to 90 sen even though it reported negative quarter

So will be Fgv one quarter losses no effect on the overall Net asset value of Fgv which if revalued should be above Rm5.00

A more fairer offer from Felda should be Rm2.50 to Rm3.00 per share from Felda

Anything below that is unfair

For the LLA termination, FGV’s compensation is to be calculated based on the average profit per mature hectare for the entire leased land (based on its latest audited financial statements at the point of notice) multiplied by the loss of FGV’s future profits.

>> FGV would be compensated for 10 years of future profits should the LLA be terminated less than eight years from the last replanting, or five years of future profits should the agreement be terminated more than eight years after the last replanting.

The LLA termination would leave FGV with 88,497ha of plantation land and 68 palm oil mills.

Few more months soybean price will go down then palm oil will follow. Dry Soybean only required 4month to grow which mean already half yrs already is time for price to come down.

Today Mabel Serba Missiles IR 4.0 were automatic launched from the battleship when she beached RM 2.01, RM 2.02 and RM 2.03..before Serba continue to climb toward RM 2.09 with fantastic volume. As per writing more than 45 million shares has already been traded.

Next Target Price is RM 2.275.
