It should have gone up, if not bec Joe is dragging on Pasuk price to collect slowly, which means they are manipulating the price. I believe the earlier sell down from 12C to 5.5C was from them also. SC and Bursa should check on them.
Good for green energy and construction players like pasukhas :)
Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Aziz said on Thursday the Budget proposals, which will be unveiled on Oct 29, he said will focus on the 3Rs of speeding up recovery, strengthening economic resilience, and catalysing reform. KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s pathway to recovery will continue with Budget 2022, which will be expansionary while laying the foundations for the Government’s wider and longer-term reform efforts, Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Aziz said on Thursday.
The Budget proposals, which will be unveiled on Oct 29, he said will focus on the 3Rs of speeding up recovery, strengthening economic resilience, and catalysing reform.
Zafrul emphasised the in the spirit of transparency, the Ministry of Finance recently introduced a pre-budget statement and four consultation papers, a first in its history.
Speaking at the Invest Malaysia 2021, he said MoF had to date, received over 1,000 responses and comments.
“And, more than ever, we are engaging and consulting with more Malaysians from all walks of life, and across numerous sectors,” he added.
Zafrul also shared some emerging thoughts based on its engagement sessions thus far.
He said that firstly, beginning with Budget 2021, MoF had mapped its budget initiatives to the Sustainable Development Goals. This, he said, will continue in Budget 2022;
Secondly, financial assistance will remain ongoing for those most impacted, especially the B40 group, the unemployed and the vulnerable;
Thirdly, support for businesses will remain steadfast be it via affordable financing schemes, better access to credit or grants, to support operations while pivoting them towards increased automation and digitalisation;
Fourthly, there will be increased focus on sustainability and improving the resilience of the environment and water assets, following increased focus towards ESG, net zero emissions targets and further development of Malaysia’s circular economy;
“Next, we will improve the labour market by, amongst others, focusing on hiring incentives in addition to subsidising wages;
“And finally, we will be enhancing fiscal prudence by improving the government’s procurement and debt management process while enhancing tax enforcement measures,” Zafrul said.
When Credit Suisse Group bought Mtouche on 28/6 - 30/6, it went up from 8C to 12C. Later they disposed part of it on 1/7 - 5/7 price drop slowly to 7.5C. on 11/10 DGB bought Mtouche price went up.
Mtouche went up when they were buying, fall back only when they sell.
Pasukgb stay put since last week even though Joe Bhd was collecting, without manipulation, this won't happen. That's why no matter what Good123 said, it still 5.5C.
Pasukhas involves in Green energy industry e.g. hidro electric, solar.... Booming !!!
KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 14): This year’s Energizing Finance research series — developed by Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) in partnership with Climate Policy Initiative (CPI) and Dalberg Advisors — shows the world is falling perilously short of the investment required to achieve energy access for all by 2030 for the seventh consecutive year.
In fact, tracked finance for electricity in the 20 countries that make up 80% of the world’s population without electricity –— the high-impact countries — declined by 27% in 2019, the year before the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The economic strain caused by Covid-19 is expected to have caused even further reductions in energy access investment in 2020 and 2021, according to a statement.
Energizing Finance: Understanding the Landscape 2021, one of two reports released under the series, finds committed finance for residential electricity access fell to US$12.9 billion in 2019 (from US$16.1 billion in 2018) in the 20 countries.
This is less than one-third of the US$41 billion estimated annual investment needed globally to attain universal electricity access from 2019 to 2030.
Meanwhile, there is an abysmal amount of finance for clean cooking. Despite polluting cooking fuels causing millions of premature deaths each year and being the second largest contributor to climate change after carbon dioxide, only US$133.5 million in finance for clean cooking solutions was tracked in 2019.
This is nowhere near the estimated US$4.5 billion in annual investment required to achieve universal access to clean cooking (accounting only for clean cookstove costs).
These findings have been released just ahead of COP26 in Glasgow, where global leaders will focus on how to spark meaningful progress on fighting climate change.
As part of this, they will need to consider how to reduce global emissions from the energy sector, while also increasing energy access in developing countries to support their economic development.
SEforALL is an international organisation that works to ensure a clean energy transition that leaves no one behind and brings new opportunities for everyone to fulfill their potential.
Don't worry, strongly believe that it will rise strongly, just timing only

Belilah pasukhas lebih baik drp Joe. The norm is the share price of acquired company will go up :)
Tak hairan pun, Joe mengalami jualan yang tak baik tapi ada banyak tunai sebanyak RM140juta++ . barangkali Joe akan beli syer pasukhas sehingga 30%-40% drp jumlah ekuiti pasukhas dan kemudian menawarkan untuk mengambil alih pasukhas melalui swap saham, katakan 5 syer Joe untuk setiap satu syer pasukhas. Harga syer Joe kini = 4sen. Jadi, 5 syer Joe hanya 20sen.
Rileks!

Lol, I feel weird when someone said Joe want to take private PASU
JOE Holding shares closed down 0.5 sen or 12.5% at 3.5 sen today, bringing a market capitalisation of RM107.07 million. Pasukhas shares also settled one sen or 10% lower at 9 sen, for a market value of RM104.2 million.
Two penny stock with negative EPS and even worth around 100 million++ want to buy over another that totally almost the same size?
Obviously Joe have issue more shares than PASU as of now looking at the market value.
And one more thing, the so called 100 million cash is actually from the warrant which indirectly to me means an advanced loan that have to be pay up July, 2024 with more shares pumping in diluting existing shares value.
Have to see how PASU able to utilize the cash to generate more profits to overturn all this negative data, just look at their reports and statistics.
1. Joe Bhd is not going to takeover Pasukgb, they bought the share bec it is at bottom price, are they investing or for manipulating to make quick profit, time will tell, just wait.
2. Joe Bhd listed share is 3B, NTA 8C.
3. Warrant is not loan, Joe Bhd don't needs to pay back, the warrant can be converted in share by the owner.
4. Pasukgb has gone through share consolidation of 10:1, with the RI, its NTA is 53C per share; and it has been making profit for the last 2 qr.
Joe has RM140mil++ cash but not making money from its principal biz activity as per its recent quarterly report. Its reported profit came from the shares that it had bought earlier. As such, it is better for Joe to acquire Pasukhas cheaply to enhance shareholders' value. Let's see what's next!

I don't agree with you, Joe's profit is paper profit from accounting of Pasukgb share price at around 12C, now Pasukgb has been pressed down to 5.5C, the paper profit vanished.
Just wait, since Joe has the intention to invest or play Pasukgb share, we just follow and sell to them later when they pump.
We don't needs to bother about Joe's business, we only needs to know they are interested to play Pasukgb, so we follow at low when they pump up we sell to them. We are here to make money.
JOE has RM140mil +++ , Pasukhas RM100mil++ If both co become one entity, cash available probably btwn RM200-RM300mil... The combined entity surely can move to main board immediately plus its financial gearing power will be enlarged/enhanced immediately. It can take up bigger projects, etc.
Joe's principal activity is shitty. Its revenue had halved over few quarters. Joe needs to acquire a profitable biz/co to be sustainable unless Joe wanted to act as a fund mgmt co buying and selling shares for survival/sustainability. :)
The fall in revenue was scary. :)

Those you imagine is not what we are in Bursa for, it is the companies themselves decide what they want to do, it is not as simple as what you think. We are here to make money following the market not to tell the company what they should do, we have no say as small investors.
