Pasukhas Group Bhd today officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Perbadanan Ketua Menteri Melaka and Proto Three Sixty Sdn Bhd, to collectively tender for a Public - Private Partnership (PPP) project for the Construction and Operation of a Waste Treatment Plant/ Waste to Energy at Sungai Udang, Melaka. The proposed WTE plant has the ability to treat municipal solid waste (MSW) of up to 800 metric tons per day. Initial feasibility reports show that the capacity of 800 MT per day will yield approximately 18 mw/h of electrical energy, which translates approximately RM129,600.00 per day of energy, using an average cost of RM0.30 per kwh as a benchmark. The consortium will tender for the project which will vest the project winner a 3 years construction cycle and a 25 years operation tenure. In a Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) model, the facility will be handed back to the Government once the 25 years concession period has ended. The MoU outlines the participation of Pasukhas Group as lead member of the Consortium, responsible for all the business of the Consortium, and will also be responsible for the construction, technology provision, financier and operator of this concession should the award materialise. Pasukhas Group will also be the majority shareholder of the Consortium. This project will also be in line with the Malaysian Department of Energy's emissions standard, utilising the latest in waste to energy (WTE) technology. It will be earmarked as a flagship and standard bearer PPP based renewable energy project.
All the share price are control by trader ( shark ) including all the bluechips counter like maybank, public bank, tenaga, petronas and so on. All the world share market are same. So what have to complain? When trader push up the price give you gain money, you not complain trader control the price? When the trader press down the price, you complain this and that. I jus feel funny.
RM129,600 sehari x 365 hari x 25 tahun ~ RM1.2billion
