Recently, the group highlighted that Pasukhas and partners have also tendered partnership public-private partnership (PPP) project to provide engineering solutions for the construction and operation of a waste treatment plant/waste-to-energy plant (WTE) in Sungai Udang, Melaka.
“With its order book building, and pipelines of projects on the horizon, the group is looking forward to securing further projects in the near future,” it said.
Kenanga Research reckons that there is plenty of liquidity in the ecosystem that has yet to be deployed.

KUALA LUMPUR, 2 APRIL 2021 – Yayasan Veteran ATM, Jabatan Hal Ehwal Veteran (JHEV) ATM, Kementerian Pertahanan dan Pasukhas Development Sdn Bhd telah mengadakan usaha sama sebagai rakan kongsi untuk merealisasikan projek pembangunan di atas tanah lot 2008 yang terletak di Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.
Sejarah pemilikan tanah ini oleh Yayasan Veteran ATM daripada kerajaan bermula sejak tahun 2005 dan seterusnya telah beberapa kali menemui kegagalan berkaitan pembayaran premium sebelum dapat diselesaikan pada tahun 2018.
Syarikat Pasukhas Development Sdn Bhd merupakan syarikat yang sanggup membayar premium sebanyak RM15,535,648.00 kepada kerajaan bagi menjadikan tanah ini milik Yayasan Veteran ATM dan secara langsung syarikat ini telah menjadi penyelamat dan rakan kongsi kepada Yayasan Veteran ATM dalam pemilikan tanah serta projek pembangunan di atas tanah lot 2008 ini.
Projek usahasama ini melibatkan pembinaan bangunan 51 tingkat dengan kos keseluruhan bernilai RM 250 juta dan dijangka siap pada akhir tahun 2023. Bangunan ini berkonsepkan pembangunan bercampur yang akan mengandungi ruang pejabat, kawasan komersial serta kediaman.
Melalui usahasama ini, Yayasan Veteran ATM akan mendapat pulangan dalam bentuk in kind dan tunai yang akan ditaja sepenuhnya oleh syarikat Pasukhas Development Sdn Bhd seperti 58,000 kaki persegi ruang pejabat (lettable office space) untuk disewakan, 3,000 kaki persegi pejabat (fully furnished), 25 parkir kereta, dewan serbaguna (fully fitted) untuk kapasiti 420 orang bersama pre-function room dan tunai RM 2 juta dengan bayaran ansuran sebanyak RM 500,000.00 setahun untuk tempoh 4 tahun. Untuk pulangan pada masa akan datang, Yayasan Veteran ATM di jangka akan mendapat pendapatan kasar berjumlah RM 3 juta setahun melalui sewaan pejabat dan dewan serbaguna.
Kementerian Pertahanan ingin menzahirkan setinggi-tinggi penghargaan dan ucapan jutaan terima kasih kepada agensi-agensi kerajaan seperti Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, Pej Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan dan Jabatan Pengairan/Saliran Kuala Lumpur yang turut berkerja keras membantu merealisasikan usaha sama ini.

THE United States home prices surged again in October as the housing market continues to boom in the wake of last year’s coronavirus recession.
The S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller 20-city home price index, out Tuesday, climbed 18.4% in October from a year earlier.
The gain marked a slight deceleration from a 19.1% year-over-year increase in September but was about in line with what economists had been expecting.
All 20 cities posted double-digit annual gains. The hottest markets were Phoenix (up 32.3%), Tampa (28.1%) and Miami (25.7%). Minneapolis and Chicago posted the smallest increases, 11.5% each.
The housing market has been strong thanks to rock-bottom mortgage rates, a limited supply of homes on the market and pent-up demand from consumers locked in last year by the pandemic. Many Americans, tired of being cooped up at home during the pandemic, are looking to trade up from apartments to homes or to bigger houses.
“Home price growth will slow further in the year ahead, but continue to go up, says Danielle Hale, chief economist at Realtor.com.
“As housing costs eat up a larger share of home purchaser’s paychecks, buyers will get creative. Many will take advantage of ongoing workplace flexibility to move to the suburbs where despite home price gains, many can still find a lower price per square foot than nearby cities.
It remains unclear if that shift is permanent or an aberration, says Craig Lazzara, managing director at S&P Dow Jones Indices.
“We have previously suggested that the strength in the US housing market is being driven in part by a change in locational preferences as households react to the Covid pandemic,’’ Lazzara says.
“More data will be required to understand whether this demand surge represents an acceleration of purchases that would have occurred over the next several years, or reflects a more permanent secular change.’’
Last week, mortgage rates fell to 3.05% for the benchmark 30-year, fixed-rate and 2.66% for the 15-year fixed-rate home loan. The persistently low rates signal that credit markets appear more concerned about the Omicron variant depressing economic growth than about the highest inflation rates in nearly 40 years.
The National Association of Realtors reported last week that sales of previously occupied homes rose for the third straight month in November to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 6.46 million. — AP.

Menteri Kanan (Keselamatan), Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, berkata pelaburan dalam sektor hartanah adalah satu tindakan bijak pada masa ini dan ia langkah jangka panjang untuk mengukuhkan kedudukan kewangan Yayasan Veteran ATM.
"Sejarah pemilikan tanah ini oleh Yayasan Veteran ATM daripada kerajaan bermula sejak 2005 dan beberapa kali menemui kegagalan berkaitan pembayaran premium sebelum ia dapat diselesaikan pada 2018.
"Bagaimanapun, yayasan terus berusaha merealisasikan impian mencipta peluang dan pelaburan baharu demi masa depan lebih sempurna buat veteran ATM dan tanggungan yang memerlukan," katanya berucap pada Majlis Pecah Tanah Projek Usahasama Yayasan Veteran ATM dan Pasukhas Development Sdn Bhd di sini, hari ini.
Yang turut hadir, Timbalan Menteri Pertahanan, Datuk Seri Ikmal Hisham Abdul Aziz; Panglima Angkatan Tentera, Tan Sri Affendi Buang; Ketua Pengarah JHEV ATM, Datuk Dzulkarnain Ahmad; Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Pertahanan, Datuk Seri Muez Abd Aziz dan Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Datuk Seri Mahadi Che Ngah.
Ismail Sabri yang juga Menteri Pertahanan berkata, melalui projek itu, yayasan akan memperoleh pulangan dalam bentuk 'bukan tunai' dan tunai yang akan ditaja sepenuhnya Pasukhas Development Sdn Bhd.
"Antaranya 58,000 kaki persegi ruang pejabat untuk disewakan, 3,000 kaki persegi pejabat (berperabot), 25 parkir kereta dan dewan serba guna untuk kapasiti 420 orang.
"Yayasan turut menerima tunai RM2 juta dengan bayaran ansuran sebanyak RM500,000 setahun bagi tempoh empat tahun, selain pendapatan kasar RM3 juta setahun melalui sewaan pejabat dan sewa dewan," katanya.
Ismail Sabri berkata, pihaknya percaya melalui usaha sama itu, Pasukhas Development Sdn Bhd boleh mempertimbangkan pulangan tambahan kepada yayasan seperti penambahan tempat parkir kereta dan ruang perniagaan bersesuaian untuk diberikan kepada Yayasan Veteran ATM.
"Kawasan projek pembinaan bangunan ini amat strategik, selain mesra perniagaan dengan adanya sokongan infrastruktur yang boleh menghubungkan lokasi perniagaan dengan pusat beli-belah ternama, hotel bertaraf antarabangsa, pusat konvensyen terkemuka dan perkhidmatan perubatan berdekatan.
"Ekosistem persekitaran projek ini juga sangat menarik kerana terdapat kawasan riadah ternama di sekitarnya dan pasti dapat menarik perhatian ramai pembeli," katanya.
Beliau berkata, projek ini akan memberi pulangan baik kepada Yayasan Veteran ATM dan menjadi kemegahan semua veteran ATM pada masa depan.
Pasukhas Development Sdn Bhd adalah syarikat yang sanggup membayar premium RM15.53 juta kepada kerajaan bagi menjadikan tanah Lot 2008 milik Yayasan Veteran ATM.
Ini secara langsung syarikat terbabit menjadi penyelamat dan rakan kongsi kepada Yayasan Veteran ATM dalam pemilikan tanah dan projek pembangunan di atas tanah berkenaan.
