Gtrade(JJPTR/JKPTR) aka ularsawa n stockraider aka whistlebower99 aka thehoff, if Bursa has such rules then U ppl will not be able to scam for the companies to buy at huge discount by creating fear n panic sell.

B4 U PPL SPAM, AFTER MASSIVE PP, ESOS N SHARE CONSOLIDATE, PRICE GO ACCORDINGLY.

1. Netx was already 1 ct, after massive PP n ESOS, n b4 share consolidation it was still 1 ct, so after share CSLDTN, 25:1, it became 25 cts. Stockraider hard sell n make 2 MYVI after d exercise. It only drop after U ppl's spamming.

AFTER U PPL SPAM DAY N NIGHT NON STOP WITH TWISTED FACTS OF PP N ESOS N CONSOLIDATION, LAMBO DROP 75% b4 N 2500% AFTER CONSOLIDATION

2. Lambo PP n ESOS was from 1.5 cts to 3.5 cts, the price go up to 8 cts in August 2020, n fall to 4.5 to 5 cts after market correction. Edge condemn Fintec stock including Lambo, panic sell pull down price to 4 cts in Sept 2020.

Stockraider came out as whistlebower99 to spam days n nights non stop with twisted facts about PP n ESOS in Lambo forum, so later PP, ESOS were all being press from 4 cts to 1 ct, b4 consolidation of 25:1. A huge drop of 75%.

After consolidation, U ppl still spreading rumors of PP n ESOS n consolidation again, to cause panic sell of Lambo to drop another 90% to 4.5 cts.

PP n ESOS price base on market price deduct 10%, if U ppl didnt spam down them to so low, the companies can issue higher price to achieve their aim to raise funds. As the amount collect is too small due to low PP n ESOS, the companies need to raise funds from RI, so they have to consolidation share to have higher price.

There is no record of any company having S.C. again just after they have done so. Since I wasted so much time to teach U, I might as well send this to S.C. for investigation. prepare to go to jail la... hahahahaha

Lucky I sold all my Lambo stock at 50% loss. I took the capital switch to other stock, I made more than I lost at Lambo. This kind of stock cannot invest and worse still if long term. I knew last year that Lambo could possibly consolidate. Imagine if I keep the Lambo stock I bought and then wait for consolidation, I could potentially lost 95% of capital. And then not enough money to recover the loss from other stock.

It go up to 13 cts, on MOU of Malacca River Project, but spreading of rumors of PP, ESOS n consolidation of 20:1，cause it to drop to 5.5 cts. upon announce of PP, it fall further to 1.5 cts with lies below together with Ppmaster threaten ppl of trader want it to go down.

They must have work for Lim to get free money from PP at 1.9 cts, n cash out within few days like robbing from the public. I hope the company see my post n take action.

Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia diminta menyiasat salah laku dan rasuah melibatkan pengurusan tertinggi Suruhanjaya Sekuriti (SC).


Satu laporan yang di dalamnya mengandungi tiga kes berhubung salah laku dan rasuah melibatkan pengurusan tertinggi Suruhanjaya Sekuriti (SC) dibuat kepada Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM), semalam.

Aduan kepada SPRM itu dibuat sebuah pertubuhan bukan kerajaan (NGO) petang semalam di Putrajaya, lapor Utusan.

Wakil NGO berkenaan dipetik sebagai berkata tiga kes dirujuk kepada SPRM, tetapi enggan mendedahkan bukti dakwaan itu.

Menurut laporan itu tiga kes berkenaan ialah:



1. Melibatkan anak seorang pegawai pengurusan tertinggi SC yang turut mendapat jawatan tertinggi dalam syarikat yang disiasat oleg SC di mana siasatan tersebut telah ditutup oleh SC;

2. Melibatkan konflik kepentingan Ahli Lembaga Pengarah SC membabitkan saham bernilai RM28.2 juta yang mana ahli lembaga pengarah berkenaan memiliki kepentingan di dalam syarikat yang mempunyai hubungan kerja dengan CS; dan

3. Melibatkan pegawai-pegawai tinggi SC yang menerima rasuah sebagai balasan menutup kes siasatan SC ke atas syarikat awam yang melakukan kesalahan insider trading.

Memetik laporan itu, empat anak muda mewakili rakyat Malaysia prihatin mendakwa mempunyai bukti kukuh dan tidak menafikan salah laku ini turut membabitkan ahli politik yang berjawatan penting dalam kerajaan.

Mereka mahu siasatan disegerakan oleh SPRM kerana banyak syarikat di negara ini menjadi mangsa termasuk juga awam.

“Saya mahu SPRM segera menyiasat perkara ini. Kita tidak mahu integriti dan imej SC tercalar kerana isu integriti dan jenayah rasuah seperti ini,” kata wakil anak muda itu.

Aduan itu muncul tatkala SC dikatakan menyiasat Ketua Pesuruhjaya SPRM Tan Sri Azam Baki berhubung dakwaan memiliki saham dalam syarikat tertentu.

Azam bagaimanapun, yakin beliau tidak melakukan sebarang jenayah dalam isu pemilikan saham oleh adiknya tetapi menggunakan nama beliau.

Sebelum ini seorang Penolong Kanan Pesuruhjaya Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM), Mohan Munusamy memaklumkan tidak menjadi satu kesalahan jika seseorang pegawai penguat kuasa kanan memiliki saham.

Menurutnya dalam pengetahuan beliau undang-undang Malaysia juga tidak sama sekali melarang pegawai kanan menjadi pengarah mana-mana syarikat.

“Saya sedia maklum bahawa adalah tidak menjadi satu kesalahan jika seseorang pegawai penguatkuasa kanan memiliki saham atau menjadi pengarah mana-mana syarikat dan perkara ini tidak sama sekali dilarang oleh undang-undang di Malaysia,” katanya.

Bagaimanapun, sesetengah pihak dikatakan tidak berpuas hati terhadap pemilikan saham oleh Azam dan menjadikannya satu isu besar yang turut mendapat perhatian pembangkang.
