i think .. holding between 1.31 ~ 1.34 still get a decent DY of ~4%

unless the 2H13 rental renewal are a success ...

their 2Q13 result ended at 30/6/13, ... should be soon la
but if you see the trend of 1~2 months delay on previous quarters .. it might be end of August

i would say it is wrong to treat REIT as share, worse still trade them as if they are share. you never buy REIT because there is support or sell when it hits resistance.

your decision must be based on dividend yield compared with the future interest rate.

no offend, just my 2 cents.

reits are suppose to be stable, relatively non moving, and somewhat consistent, without much capital appreciation. now the formula is broken..

not many invest this reits for pure yield.. stock market made of speculators, traders, yield investors, value investors etc.. each behave differently... REITs traded in stock market, thus all these people can affect it in someway.. cannot deny market psychology.

how many "knowleagable" investor who will actually see yield to invest? some merely jumped in coz the thing is "hot" previously prior GE.. Defensive play... these other many factors may affect the share prices as well.. but true.. lower price, higher yield :) it's good to collect when low

I prefer Sunreit than IGB. 1% yield different is alot...
