here have something to share on Sona counter,
at this price 0.400, is a worth price to buy for sona although they don't have any QA, why?
because when sona listing as SPAC on july 2013, 90% of the raised fund hold under trustee , yet 10% used as operation costs
so a simple calculation will be shown here how they will react if within 3 years time without any QA or acquisition.
0.500 as sona listing price x 90% = 0.450
every year the 90% fund hold under trustee will provide 2.% ++ interest
so july 2013 to july 2014 , = 0.450 x 2.2% = 0.459
- july 2014 to july 2015 , = 0.459 x 2.2 % = 0.468
- july 2015 to july 2016 , = 0.468 x 2.2% = 0.477

so end up, if within this 3 years sona can't make any purchase of assets or company, u will get refund of 0.477

if u buy now 0.400 @ 100,000 units, u will get at least 7k return after 1 and half year
which u get the return around 17.5% better than FD
