as oil price continue to sink, it is unlikely any SPAC will announce any acquisition QA

downside risk of oil price is still great until it has bottomed, then probably news on QA

Read in the Edge about the 90% trust fund- if no QA will return to shareholders EXCLUDING MANAGEMENT AND EARLY INVESTORS

that means - the Dato Sri Hadian and Maznah - get telur if no QA (though their cost is low)
those staff and investors that bought before IPO - also get telur

All stubborn heads, when only wake up,
Spac for oil is gone n history, spac for property or food got future.
If you know this industry can't make money still want to acquire an oil rig to goreng, the end result is bankrupt lah. Therefore sona is an useless spac lah, if he acquire a oil company now, the share price will crash down immediately 20%, but if just waiting for oil price to recover to 80 which is zero chance, then share price will be eroded by high salary n daily operation cost......you still see future in spac for oil ? When oil trade @80 level I already warned that avoid all oil counters, but.......you guys too smart don't listen to me...all deserved it. Ki ki ki ki
