Actually if Credit suiise / PAG voted AGAINST via mailing (their address is from EUROPE). High chance QA will fail, and it is known after counting the votes which is closed.
I was told by broker that over the weekend management spoke to key investors and already 550 mil or so are voting no. Please speak to your friends and ask them to VOTE YES.
If CS/ PAG voted YES, the percentage to be passed will be more guaranteed, really a interesting bet now, nobody can confirm the result now until tomorrow, everybody is guessing and various version of stories now, but for those big bosses who collecting WA must be having some strong points to support them to do so. We just wait patiently and confidently. 25/04/2016 15:26
Datuk Seri Saw Choo Boon already reiterated :) - We note comments that our team should be doing more to convince shareholders. We would like to state for the record that: -- All shareholders (majority or minority, institutional or retail) are important to us. -- Public listed companies are bound by guidelines that extend to our communications. -- What we can do is share the facts with the public. We trust our shareholders to make informed decisions.
@bryan90, i suggest you self half of your warrants. If QA pass, your half warrants will jackpot and cover the loss you sell today. If QA fail, you sold half, and already reduce damage.
Just a suggestion for brothers/sisters on their hard earned money in this forum.
It is observed that there are people who sold Sona at 43sen (-1sen) but Sona-WA is sometimes -0.005 or even with high vol. I wonder whether they selling Sona so that they can buy Sona-WA??
The Company will hold the adjourned Extraordinary General Meeting in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Adjourned EGM”) at the Grand Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, 12 Jalan Pinang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, on Tuesday, 26 April 2016 at 10.00 a.m.
If they are indeed selling Sona so that they have cash to buy Sona-WA, the implications is huge. Nevertheless, its an observation which I hope will be positive for tomorrow's EGM, which reinforces my intention to vote to APPROVE for the Stag QA.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....

Only 2 possibility that warrants trading at high volume despite people saying the QA will failed.................
1) The big tickets holder could have known the outcome ........so continue mopping warrants at low price without chasing it.
2) Management mopping to rewards those that voted YES.
There won't be anyone that are so foolish trading the warrants knowingly know that it can be worthless after tomorrow (26th April).
So you figure out which are the possibility now.
