Yes. We will given the warrant at no cost, but have to pay the cost for right issue share subscribed. 6 sen for one RI share.

Waiting for a good announcement from Kanger, BEFORE THE EX-DATE OR AT LEAST BEFORE THE ACCEPTANCE AND PAYMENT DATE.

If there is any, its can be a catalyst for the price to be pushed up. The current price later should be push up to the higher level to make sure that the RI will be a success.

Betul. Sebaik mana pun syarikat, kadang-kadang dalam banyak plan yang dibuat, bukan semuanya berjaya. Boleh jalan dan dilaksanakan. Tapi untuk Kanger sekarang beberapa plan sudah berjaya dan sebahagiannya dalam proses:

1. Sudah berjaya dalam kontrak bernilai RM478 juta bagi projek pembinaan di Genting Highland.
2. Dalam proses terakhir untuk pengambil alihan sebahagian kepentingan dalam syarikat Sung Master yang terlibat dalam pembekalan bahan binaan.
3. Kita sedang menanti progress untuk plan pembekalan vaksin Hayat Vax. Sama ada berjaya atau tidak. Buat masa ini, tidak adil untuk kita katakan bahawa plan tersebut telah gagal.


Logik saya, kalau sebuah syarikat langsung tak ada plan untuk mengatasi masalah dalam syarikat atau untuk meningkatkan lagi perniagaan syarikat, akan adakah peluang perniagaan yang datang sendiri???? Memang susah mahu dapat peluang kan.

Oleh itu, mesti ada plan. Tanpa plan memang peluang adalah ZERO..

SOME RELATED NOTES:

Earlier this year, Sinopharm entered into a joint venture with UAE-based G42 to produce the Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccines in the country under the Hayat-Vax brand.

The made-in-UAE vaccine was the first Covid-19 vaccine to be produced in the Arab world.

"The Hayat-Vax vaccine is essentially the same Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccine, manufactured in the UAE. Hence, we are confident that it will be well-received and accepted by the Malaysian people as an effective vaccine towards the global fight against the Covid-19 pandemic," said Kuah.

Kanger has also been authorised by G42 to be the product registration holder and distributor of the Hayat-Vax vaccine in Malaysia.

On behalf of G42 Medications, Kanger said it had submitted applications to obtain the required approvals from the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency for the Hayat-Vax vaccine to be used in Malaysia.



MY CONCLUSION:

If the approval of the Hayat-Vax Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccine with NPRA can be done by August 2021, it’s a very good prospect for Kanger to realize its plan to execute their Covid-19 vaccine distributorship in Malaysia.

KANGER, via their subsidiary Kanger Medical International Sdn Bhd had planned to purchase five million vaccine doses from UAE for the delivery in Malaysia. Based on approximate 400,000 ~ doses administrated in Malaysia, the existing supply is likely to run out soon.



Hence our government needs additional vaccine supplies.



According to our sources, Hayat-Vax was already in the process of applying for the big question for investors – the NPRA, and it was very likely to be approved soon as our government accepted the donation of vaccines.









However, the price of KANGER had not moved an inch yet – indicating investors had not digested the latest articles yet.

MawiLegend, yes, I was first attracted to Kanger because of bamboo, and I still think it is a great green business! But why not diversify if you can? Kanger has connections in China, and connection is linked to trust. Not trustworthy, hard to build connections! If Kanger can expand using its Chinese connections, why not?
