But as I looked at certain companies before, after the company approved the RI and setup the issue price for RI, the share price firstly will drop.
But near the date of the RI to be executed, the price will be markup higher than the issue price of the RI.
These scenario surely not be absolutely will happen to Kanger, but it has high chance or probability to follow suit.

@whistlebower99 I think the main problem with you is you are not a real whistleblower (ok, you claim "bower"), you just blow everywhere before checking. For example, while it is true that the the whole Antara will be completed in 2026, but the block in which the 126 units Kanger is buying will be completed and hand over by 1st quarter of 2024.
To date, Kanger has paid 30% of total, with remaining 70% shall be paid in tranches. The last payment RM 14,287,000 (10% of total) is when Kanger Ventures takes vacant possession of the units in First quarter of 2024.

It is stated "the first quarter of 2024". I believe the readers here can see the difference this makes. Section 5.4 says the Kanger takes vacant possession of the units at that time.

Waiting period for completion 3 to 4 years. Risk of delay in completion due to shortage of workers, work interruption, etc Risk of suspended project due to sluggish demand
