Issue rights beli CONDO di tempat paling tinggi and sejuk. Mampos laaa… condo baru 10% siap tapi minta duit nak bayar 142juta. Itu 142juta kalau dapat drpd rights issue akan bagi aset kayamas buat rolling capital untuk kasi siap. Last2 untung aset kayamas. Kanger yg buat financing. Siapa yg beli rights memang bodoh beli condo yg belom siap di tempat tinggi.

Tengok Q sell itu rights pun sudah tahu tak laku. Klau itu rights separuh masak lagi susah. Katakan minta RM142juta tapi yg subcribe rights cuma RM20juta. Macam mana mao beli CONDO? Sudah tentu BOD cakap mao cancel ini plan. Pas tu RM20juta yang masuk Kanger akan keluar masuk pocket En. Kuat KenCing.

As I observed what has happened at the closing time of transactions yesterday.........
There was something to be noted about the Kanger's price movement.

For sure, there was operator in their special task operation.
Whether it was "To fry up or to pee down the price" ?

@Pop888, relax, Kanger follows SOP, there was valuation done on the service apt, gotten 19%discount bcos buying in bulk. Kanger tak bayar 142mil sekali gus, tapi ikut jadual, pay only when certain work is done, macam kita beli rumah dari developer. The last 10% payment in 1st quarter 2024when apts ready to hand over. Almost sure can raise full sum....if not, as stated in prospectus, will borrow from bank.

2. I have invested in some counters, including Kanger.

But when I invested in a certain company, I will not surrender and cut loss until there is no point of prospects and opportunities for the price of the company share to be appreciated and gives me some sort of profit in investment in the future. For your information, I'm still holding Nexgram's shares, and will hold it until I can make some profit from it, or will cut loss if there is no hope for the investment to be turned around.

4. I'm not the one who own the shares of a company and after that keep daily condemning the company as "the scam company" or whatever.

SOME OF the SPAMMERs/NAYSAYERs at certain company are the frustrated investor who are been trapped in the company. Maybe you are in this type of investor, or the one without any share holding but want to be a speculator or the "saint" like wistlebower99 but acted as an ILL INTENTION SPAMMER.
