The three directors/promoters holding total 69% shares (23% per director).....after 6 months from IPO date (..already over), they can sell down to 45% shares (15% per director). The 45% is under another 6 months moratorium. Its all in the prospectus....Guess price will be pushed up for unloading soon.

Directors not really want to sell but reduced their stakeholding as Bursa's requirement for public spread. Just wait to see as this counter will 'goreng' to a target price of 50 cents, thereafter 1.00. Not believe,

Thinking to buy some but have to postpone first seeing the directors selling heavily...... no announcement regarding public spread etc. The directors know well ....so prefer not go against the boss.

have one best fren bought SCH too. I really hope this counter can pick up from tomorrow so everyone can get good returns.

SCH is the Top 5 most profitable company under Mesdaq market. I don't believe in overvalued so I believe it will make a comeback tomorrow.

If you go through the profit track record of SCH, only second quater (April June 2014) show good impressive result. Previously it does not show any good result. The timing of the announcement of the second quarter result is just in time with 6 months moratorium impose to director shareholdings (they can sell 45% holdings after 6 months). Those buying recently just give them chance to dispose after 6 months of waiting time.

Buy or not to buy?
Should wait for July - Sept 2014 result (announce end Sept).... if the result are consistant then worth to buy and hold. Otherwise i don't think worth to hold... The directors know well ...they sold heavily recently.
