When the warrant of a good penny stock making positive news is trading at a big discount to the Mother, you don't waste time asking too many questions.

You just do some reasonable study and analysis, and if things look pretty reasonable, you grab the warrant fast.

Before it starts galloping to catch up with the Mother. And before they both start running head to head with each other.

It's a 10 yr duration ending 2024. Conversion price is 10 cents n can convert to mother share anytime during the period. Can't agree more with KAQ 4468. If convert to mother share we will as of closing price of 24.5cents ,we still get the difference of +ve 7.5 cents. I think before long the wa price will play catch up with the mother share...Godwilling.

TMS was different story . It's mother share was highest @ 18.5 n the wa price follow suit , went up to 10... As the conversion is also @ 10 n 1:1. N after that short period mother share has not gone above 10 ..

why should the warrant be so much behind the mother shares? it don't make sense. Unless the losing company which need cash for acquisition want to collect money from the warrant holders. Once a lot of conversion are recorded, the mother shares will drop, TMS was a very good example. I hope I am wrong but just a word of caution! It is very risky to imagine the price will shot up, remember, the deal is not through yet and it could fall through.
