（吉隆坡23日讯）海事通用（M&G，5078，主板交通与物流股）在2021财年次季，转亏为盈5606万5000令吉，或每股7.75仙，去年同期净亏1214万9000令吉。

该公司今日向交易所报备，因为重组收益和较低的财务费用，促使净利上升。

在截至10月底的次季，营业额年跌13.27%至4756万5000令吉，因为冠病疫情冲击原油需求量所致。

在首半年，海事通用也是转盈4108万2000令吉，上财年同期净亏2058万2000令吉；营业额年跌5.07%，至1亿286万4000令吉。

执行主席拿督莫哈末阿兹兰指，石油需求下降预计将持续到明年下半年，或直到各种刺激措施及疫苗广泛使用并推动经济复苏为止。

“不过，大马及主要贸易伙伴如中国、日本和新加坡的经济逐步开放，及疫苗的积极进展，为油气上游与下游业务在明年捎来希望。”

Guys. Remember, no oil stocks left unattended by the goreng mafia when the hype is strong. Today, Brent crossed 54 mark, cruising towards 60. All oil stocks will have a blast tomorrow and next week as OPEC is trying to stabilise the market. Once US election handover is complete to Democrats, you can expect more bullish move because capitalism drives in.
