The dividend is not applicable to bonus issues because the ex-date for bonus issues and free warrants will be after the ex-dividend date of 6 Dec 2017.

Another thing worth sharing from people who attended the AGM, did the bosses mentioned any strategies to mitigate effects from the recent announcement by MOF 2nd minister to ban all new approvals on "luxury" units, malls etc...?

During the meeting , I met and chat with Mr Raymond Pang personally. He said Econpile will continue to do well in 2018 and they have mechanisms to get steel prices at cheaper prices to maintain its net profit margin

Before and after bonus...
Example share split(1:2):3.400÷2=1.700
Example bonus issue(1:4):1.700×4=6.800÷5=1360
Example warrant(1:4)=0.400 above.
