Fantastic Earnings Growth. Forward P/E.@25x-35x. 4th Quarter. Just Hold at least 1/2-year. Target should be minimum@50% Capital gain. @SHQuah.. Each quarters increase in net profit. From 100%to300%n now 400%. I believe next quarter will have a biggest gain. Each employees get bonus 6months salary. Next quarter will have energous order for amb7600. I believe this stock in long term will gain another 70%.

Aemulus expects “significant revenue growth” to continue.

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 17): The ACE Market-listed group Aemulus Holdings Bhd is riding high on the growing demand for semiconductors. This is evidenced in its latest quarterly financial numbers.

Its net profit for the third financial quarter ended June 30, 2017 (3QFY17) jumped 411% to RM2.5 million compared with RM480,000 a year ago.

Quarterly revenue climbed 118% to RM12 million from RM5.5 million previously thanks to the growing demand from the enterprise storage and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) segments which are continuously driving the top-line performance.

The Penang-based test equipment manufacturer, whose share price has more than tripled, expects the revenue from the enterprise storage division to soar three folds in the current financial year ending Sept 31, 2017, and revenue from its ATE division to also exceed the amount achieved in FY15 and FY16, according to its filing with Bursa Malaysia.

Aemulus attributed the improved sales to the strong sales growth in the Far East region which has been encouraging.

“The double digit revenue growth target set by the group for this region remains unchanged,” it said.

During this quarter, the revenue for the enterprise storage segment increased about 89% compared with the preceding quarter.

“We do not expect significant revenue growth for this segment in the next quarter after three consecutive quarters of sales increment,” it said.

Nevertheless, barring any unforeseen circumstances, Aemulus said the fiscal year revenue for this market segment relative to 2016 is expected to increase threefold.

For the cumulative nine-month period ended June 30, 2017, Aemulus reported a net profit of RM5.5 million from a net loss of RM917,000 while revenue was up 77% to RM28.3 million from RM16 million a year earlier.

The group attributed the increase in earnings to the orders from the three segments and the hike in profit.

Commenting on its prospects, Aemulus said the group has taken steps to hedge against foreign exchange risk from this quarter onward.

Love amazing companies, and one of them is aemulus. I missed it because it disguises itself as a high PE company. But when I add in the R&D back as the profit, i quickly come out with 3.3sen eps per year, ROE 21%, and if i buy based on PEG ratio of 1, that means 70 sen is fairly valued for aemulus

Total Net Asset increase by RM6 million within 9 months with RM21.5 million Net Cash (equivalent to RM0.05 cent per share) .

ROE approximately 23%. Fantastic growth.

Analysts Forecast Semiconductor growth higher in 2017 to 2018, bode well for Aemulus.

I can still remember when I bought MMSV below 50 sen, MMSV just a small company like Armulus, now MMSV more than RM1.80. Both company is doing almost the same.

CIMB IB Research raises target price for Aemulus

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 18): CIMB IB Research has maintained its “Hold” rating on Aemulus Holdings Bhd at 60 sen with a higher target price of 69 sen (from 53 sen) and said the company’s 9MFY9/17 core net profit beat house/Bloomberg consensus estimates, at 85%/104% of FY17F forecasts, due to higher-than-expected tester volume shipment in 3QFY9/17.

In a note Aug 17, the research house said Aemulus reported a core net profit of RM5.4 million in 9MFY9/17, compared to a RM500,000 core net loss in 9MFY9/16, due to higher RF and enterprise storage tester shipment volumes.

“We raise our FY17-19F EPS by 15-19% to reflect higher tester shipment volumes.

“We expect stronger demand for RF tester in 4QFY17, driven by production ramp-up ahead of new flagship smartphone model launches and a new customer win in China.
