I bought too early, exactly one month ago (see my earlier post)... haha...luckily earlier than never ...now 1.62, well above my cost, more to come with EGM on 02/05, Ex dividend on 03/05 then Ex date for splitting and free warrant. Exercise price of warrant is only 30.0 sen.... beautiful!

if bought at 1.83 ,your cost for mother shares is 71 sen and warrants is at 41 sen. Meaning if you sell mother shares at 71 sen and to be listed warrants at 41 sen, you will get back your capital of 1.83.

ruslimz fyki that works only if a) the Warrant is valued at 0.41 but it is not. It is fixed at 0.30 which means an effective fall in the share price today from 1.83 (yesterday's close) to 1.76 at cp 0f 0.73.

2nd point is that this whole scheme looks to me to be a complete con job. How can the Warrant be "free" if it is included in the price adjustment made. Effectively, all they have done, is carved up the share into three parts, 2 mother shares and 1 warrant, and made a downward price adjustment accordingly.

Indeed the price which shows in white as being on a par with yesterday's close is in fact 0.71 (with a cp at time of writing of 0.73). This means that the entire exercise is an utter con job when one considers that the value of the exercise now is (0.71 x 2) + 0.30 = 1.72 a decline of some 6% on yesterdays closing price.

of course they will fall back on the fact that this is all based on historical prices not the vwap in the 5 days preceding the announcement not the X date hahaha good job con men at Danco.

how do you know the warrant price is 30sen??
as far as i know the conversion price is 30sen, thus the warrant will be price at 41sen..

never in history before and after ex-date, the value is reduced..
