Ya noobietrader true. I also earn more in US market compared to malaysia market. Can try to find the IPO tech company gem that haven't been explored yet.
At least well known tech company earnings won't disappoint you so much.
true, average down approach depends heavily on yr ep. if it is too high above 2 for example, then consider cut some portion, then average down. if lucky, will get small profit or breakeven, if unlucky ,at least yr loss has been reduced.
sek chuan, no offend to u but i think u hv invested it wrongly..u need to plan yr ep, tp and cl. if u r not familiar with TA, 3 bids down, jus cut !
If you watch this video on coverage for the vaccine given in UK to the first patient. The nurse not even use any gloves but bare hands. Guess we dont need any gloves in giving vaccine ... this misconception need to be address.
Smartgood...luck plays am important role. I dont have any luck. So far in my life money won't stay with me. Its always a way to see money reducing from me. Its proven for few years ady. I almost give up ady.
I use itradecimb only for all my investment. Those tiny brokerage fee give them lo but in turn you earn 30%. US market trading strategy is different than the malaysia market one. We don't practice intraday trading there like malaysia one.
One time bought then just hold hold long long as they always have power to push up again due to all the world funds are concentrate there. Buy and sell one time of course on fundamentals company.
sekchuan, I also same, no luck, money don't stay with me. I was thinking if like that, I don't have to be overly kedukut. Might as well spend on myself and do some charity. Otherwise bad luck come, money is gone anyway.
Preserve some cash better for now first. No one knows what's going to happen after covid 19 ended. That time if got further drop you can buy the fundamentals stocks if not then you still have 10k balance.
Nothing to lose just miss the chance but chance always here. Just need to be patience.
I like what im reading in this thread today, non toxic, informative, experience sharing, we should try to keep it this way. The very best of luck to all of you.
Next time don't simply be following them wacko cracko stuppid morron iddiot dikkhedd sochai bullshhitting panicking monkeys fake phoney shhitfools gang itu semua la
They always keep advising naive novice newbie guys to dump throw run at low
for HLT WA ofcourse can up until 1.315 because MUST to close limit down previously....we can see that double bottom chart pattern and able to up continously...chart never lie
Anyway my suggestion is that if want to invest to US market better to join in now. As US dollar now trending lower as converted by MYR due to covid 19 situation.
So at least can save from the currency exchange perspective.
seckhuan..After all these years of losing??what did you do? What did you learn from all these losses? You are not going to any where IF you did not learn from failure and improve yourself.
118168- I come to realise something after so many years...I can never make any profit from playing shares...over 80% shares I bought are like that...the moment I enter it will turn red....any it will continue to be red for a long time and worse my capital shrink like no ones business...ikan bilis like me will only become poorer while those big sharks will eat my hard earned money...i really strive so much to save as much as possible and earn as much as possible. But shares trading making me poorer...i really felt so depressed...
Until now I see the close people near my age getting to own a house and cars while having a stable life while my dream of owning at least a house is getting further away. I cant even afford to buy a car to be exact cos I have been losing so much that it scares me. If I suddenly lose my job due to covid-19, I will say bye bye ady.
Trading for 6 to 7 years. I have been trying to be positive and patient. But luck just couldn't come to me. Anything about trading, gambling, investing all the same. Only losses coming to me. Sometimes I just think if this is my fate, what is the meaning of life.
Engineering profit...thanks for the encouragement...i dare not think of that...i am considered lucky if I dont even lose...so ya mtronic shares are my last hope despite knowing that its a penny stock...i just hope it won't drop back to 2 cents...if it does my capital will only at 1.8k that time. Not even enough for cremation. Haha
sekchuan, perhaps instead of trading, you can start investing into the banking stocks, as the future prospect after the big drop this year is more rewarding compared to the bad experience you have had trading for the past 6-7 years.
better to buy US shares as the commission charged is only a fraction of what bursa charged. i trade in us market and bursa. so i know the commission charged by each market. in the us market, you do not pay stamp duty. This is already a saving.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....

Hmm luck is part of the factor. But trading in stocks is testing your patience and emotion as well.
Piece of advice is always invest portion of investment for the stock that have the low downside risk. Put small portion for goreng.
Control losing first then only can earn money. Might earn small profit or none but still ok.
