INTA should take only 1 rather than 3 CG projects to test the water and for risk management purpose (even though CG is a big group in CHINA).INTA and GDB is equally just that GDB has slightly better margin due to its involvement in high rise.From the horse mouth,they will slowly shift its focus to high rise as well benchmarking FUTUTECH

The up and down of the price is not within our control but with continue flowing in of order book,as long as INTA board take care on its costing and continue put in effort to grow the co either via turn to be a developer or tendering more high rise more aggressively,I dont see why INTA cant be another KERJAYA.Among Builders,except for KERJAYA,GDB and also INTA,I don see any was as efficient as them.GAMUDA,BPURI,AZRB etc was basically same segment with them anyway.
