this is the advantage of TA. We know when to enter and exit. It's going down 2 straight days after I've cut my losses. Once the stock is in downtrend we never know how low will it go.

Wegmans is a company which had just been listed to raise capital for expansion. Their products are manufactured mainly for export. Due to the depreciation of RM to USD, they might be reporting increasing profits in the coming quarters, Personally, I would accumulate more of these stocks when there is a price drop within the price range that I want.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Wegmans, RHB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company is proposing to undertake a proposed issue of 125,000,000 free warrants in Wegmans (“Warrants”) on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every four (4) existing ordinary shares in Wegmans held on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later ("Proposed Bonus Warrants").

Further details of the Proposed Bonus Warrants are set out in the attachment.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances and subject to all required approvals being obtained, the Proposed Bonus Warrants is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2019.
