Both companies are heading for Industrial Revolution 4.0. I bought into Istone in few batches. See my comments in Istone Forum yesterday, Today very heavy volume in Istone . She climbs 15% today.


WHY istone

1) Pioneer status- The Group’s effective tax rate was lower than the statutory income tax rate due to one of the subsidiary, i-Stone Systems Sdn Bhd, has been granted the Pioneer Status incentives by the Malaysian Investment Development Authority under the provisions of the Promotion of Investment Act 1986. The subsidiary enjoys exemption from income tax on its statutory income from pioneer activities for a period of five (5) years from 1 January 2017 up to 31 December 2021.

2) Very strong support - Technical analyse support at RM0.17 , very limited down side risk with huge potential up side

3) Industry 4.0 - Automation could be the fastest growth business in near future, when the theme arrive, it could be as good as Greatec and UWC

Greatech is actually a good fundamental company. It may reach as high as 2.++ above.

Are this above is sure is a good fundamental company? as those we dint know the exactly this company how was the management? Turn over fast . technical experience still need to improve.

Someone asked me earlier in another forum, how do I prioritize my engagements in 46 companies in KLSE and Nasdaq across 8 sectors.

What I do is to categorize my portfolio into 3 categories to priorities my engagements:

1. Buy and Engage - short to mid term
2. Buy and Hold - mid to long term
3. Buy and Forget - long term

Greatec now falls into Category 2...
