But few risk you should take note of this counter.

1. 70% of its revenue comes from 5 major customers.
2. FCF is negative. Normal for a new company that is undergoing capex expansion. But all it needs is a little disruption it will haem the business. But i see ir has have enough cash to weather this disruption to business activites. But its results definitely will be hit for 3Q2020

@york for the fcf is it due to they use it to clear of debt obligation ? I see its balance sheet almost zero long term borrowings

@newbie128 no, it is due to heavy capex. Free cash flow ignores debt fufillment, Just use Operating cash flow less Capex

Their net operating cash flow i feel is quite manageable. Hopefully their capacity expansion also means more income and more customers. If covid19 cannot recover, demand for chips /processor wil be weak. Very bad for UWX.

yes I think the boss or someone which is a major shareholder could have kena margin call...
recall the price has gone up so high...high valuation...mainly due to goreng..
so now is hangus time..they will get burn, the higher the price go up previously the more it will drop

This rebound can thank Msian gov for being flexible. UWC has good order book, if no shutdown required meaning some of UWC client will divert even more order for them to fulfill during this period. As other competitor / other country sub-con may need to shutdown.
