Beast3, yes, after free warrant, there will another ex date for bonus at ratio 1 for 2 for both mother share and warrant ...By then exercise price of warrant will be adjusted from 1.50 to 1.0

Meaning, if you have 8 shares now .... finally you will be ended up with 12 shares and 3 warrants with exercise price of 1.0 instead of 1.50

Kfliau, you are wrong , after the listing of warrant , there will be another ex date for bonus issue , both mother and warrant are entitled to bonus unit at ratio 1 for 2 , by then warrant exercise price will be adjusted from 1 .50 to 1.0

The ex date on 22 February is to ensure every 8 shares you get 2 warrants with exercise price at 1.50 first...

Please take note that , this corporate exercise was designed by me...Inclusive setting warrant exercise price at 1.50 on announcement of this corporate exercise on 15 December 2020

Referrung to clause 2.2.4 of the circular, the bonus share n warrant will list on same day. So if u have 4000 slvest share, u will get 1000 warrant n 2000 bonus share.

Atlan, clause 2.2.4 of the circular stated that Bonus shares and " additional warrants " will be listed simultaneously...

Additional warrants means extra warrants issued to warrant holders due to bonus mother share exercise at ratio 1 for 2

Understand now ?

Therefore if you have 2 warrants after ex date 22 February , you are entitled to another 1 "additional warrant "

Another ex date for bonus share will be announced after warrant has started trading at Bursa , we are expecting warrant will begin to trade on first week of March 2021

Yes. Will be adjusted. If say mother price is 3.50 on 19th February. Then on 22nd the ex date, the reference price is { (3.50 x 4)+ 1.50}/5 = 3.10

As the adjustment is minimal, it may soon recover and rally higher for the bonus issue in March where your free warrant is also entitled to the 1 for 2 free warrant. Hence the maximum return is when you hold Until the bonus issue is ex

You may sell after big ex But somehow one will be itchy handed and jump straight into another stick after selling thereby possibly get stuck and won't be able to buy back when the price is reversing after the adjustment hence missing the opportunity
