I really dont understand why people sell it now and forgot the warrant and bonus share ? solar is the future like it or not and with the Presd Biden pet project on green energy I dont see anything to invesst in LSS4 provider .

Solarvest have strong track record in LSS1 and LSS2. However they not take place in LSS3. For LSS4 (LSS@MEnTARI), rule changed which is bidders must 100% local ownership or 75% (Bursa listed) and this is higher chances for Solarvest. Solarvest also look into NEM 3.0.

kfliau, if the intention of those short Slvest was to drive the price down to buy low to get the bonus shares and free warrants, then today is the last day for them to buy. This morning's T/O will give us a clue. If no rebound, it means pure profit taking over the past few days with no interest in getting the bonus shares and free warrants

Sentiment now generally plays the main role, with bad sentiment any goodies to affect price movement up cannot sustain for now. so be cautious. appears ppl are taking out money from table sensing uncertainty.

U will have paper loss on monday first, 1.5 is warrant exercise price
Warrant price is based on mother price 1 day b4 listing of wa date* if mother is 3.00 then warrant will be 3.00 - 1.5 which is 1.50

Don't sell your tickets on Monday unless you play contra. After 4 consecutive days of falling since reopened After CNY, Most contra kakis are washed out. Remember there's bonus issue coming, sure operator will push for investor to convert to mother shares

Rocketstock, so on monday the price at market close will determine the warrant price on 23rd feb?Today it closed at 2.73. Monday should be adjusted to 2.48, so if it goes down to RM2.2 or RM3, the it shall take the price and -1.5? Sorry, first time experience such entitlement.

warrant is not listed on monday. roughly 2 weeks i guess. u will only know the warrant reference price 1 day before listing, depends on the mother closing price on the day b4 listing.

Probably early March. Will affect warrant as warrant is also entitled to 1 for 2 and exercise price Will be reduced from 1.50 to 1.0

Of course Will be good for the warrant. If just warrant without the follow up bonus issue, then can sell, but with this sweetener, people will chase the warrant

Please take note that, Upon listing of Slvest wa in early March , there will be another ex date for bonus issue at ratio 1 for 2 for mother share, and warrant will get the additional warrants at ratio 1 for 2 simultaneously with exercise price adjusted from 1.50 to 1.0 accordingly
