In a statement Feb 18, the earthworks and civil engineering outfit said Advancecon Solar had inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to engage Solarvest Energy Sdn Bhd (Solarvest) as exclusive Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) services contractor for solar renewable energy projects in Malaysia under the commercial and industrial category.

Under the listed companies that got contracts, I didn't see Cypark or Samaiden names there.

Tenaga and JAKS got 50MW each

I did my research and spoke to some people in the industry. It seems that I have lied about Slvest being able to get 250MW of LSS EPCC contracts. The correct figure is somewhere between 300MW-350MW. This is HUGE ! We are talking about close to RM 1b in project value. This will secure Slvest future earnings for 2 years !

If you ask me about the TP for next week, I would say Slvest would be able to break RM 4 conservatively. We will be seeing a mad rush of buying on Monday. Limit up is definitely possible!
Those who sold yesterday are definitely crying now. But, its not too late to board the SolarRocket.

Hold to enjoy higher gains, Sell and regret, Buy and rejoice !!

Hi ccs999, EPCC contracts should be announced in the coming months after developers like Advanceon have finalized the EPCC price with Slvest. The upcoming months would be exciting. RM5 after BI, by year end should not be a problem :D I personally will be holding on to it all the way!

Honestly, who reads RHB report ???

 NEUTRAL, unchanged TP of MYR2.15 implies 10% downside. We
emerged from Solarvest’s results briefing feeling somewhat positive on its
prospects. The LSS@MEnTARI (LSS4) award could be out in early March,
which may provide abundant solar engineering, procurement, construction
and commissioning (EPCC) jobs for the industry. While the outlook remains
bright, we believe that its 39x fully-diluted (FD) FY23F (Mar) P/E has priced
in expectations of a major EPCC contract win from LSS4.
 3QFY21 results recap. The commercial and industrial (C&I) segment
remains strong, as the group secured MYR186.9m (+31% YoY) of new
orders in 9MFY21. Its total outstanding orders are currently valued at
MYR197.5m, of which 98.5% is from C&I contracts. 3QFY21 core profit
jumped 12.0% QoQ, on the increase in EPCC revenue (+12.4%). After the
easing of movement restrictions, EPCC works on existing projects
progressed faster in 3QFY21.
 LSS@MEnTARI award could be out soon. Solarvest has submitted bids
for 1,000MW in EPCC projects, and targets to win c.200-300MW (total
contract value of c.MYR500-600m). As for asset ownership, the group has
submitted a total of 50MW solar assets. As a 50MW LSS4 solar plant owner,
it could potentially book additional profits of c.MYR8m pa. However,
earnings contributions from the solar asset may only kick in from FY24
onwards.
 Overseas expansion update. In Taiwan, the group is aiming to win solar
EPCC contracts and own a solar asset. Currently, Solarvest is working
together with its Taiwan partner and hopes to see some news flow by 3Q21.
Management shared that the group is targeting c.90MW of EPCC projects,
and aims to own a 40MW solar asset. Assuming the group and its partner
(50% stake) wins 90MW in EPCC works, we estimate that earnings could
increase by c.MYR3-5m pa in FY22-23F. Nevertheless, we have yet to
impute any contribution from this into our forecast as details remain scarce.
 No changes to earnings forecasts and TP. We make no change to our
NEUTRAL call, as Solarvest’s current P/E of 39x FD FY23F already prices
in the expectation of major (100-200MW) LSS4 EPCC contract wins. While
the valuation is slightly above the global regional peer average of 35x, we
note that our earnings forecasts and TP only assumes c.100MW of LSS4
EPCC project wins. Our FY23F earnings could be revised upwards by
another 23%, should the group win its targeted 200MW of EPCC works –
which has been partially factored into its current valuation, in our opinion.
 Key upside risks to our call include higher-than-expected contract wins
and positive developments from its overseas venture in Taiwan and the
Philippines. The converse of these circumstances would present downside
risks.

Take Dlady (RM36.50 only) as an example, the issued shares stand at 64 M units.

Its NTA is only RM2.60 so, why the shares are priced at RM36.50 each.
The PE is 31.84 despite the EPS is 114.62 (It takes almost 32 years of dividend earnings to have the capital back. Profitable companies is a must but if there saturated with billions of issued shares, then you will find the disadvantage for the premium/good price of the shares.

Comparing to the gloves making companies, making even more profits than DLady, the glaring difference is the quantity of issued shares. I am sure you know how to avoid those huge amount of issued shares.

Slvest - i bought. Thanks.

Stephen, I just want to thank you as I have been quietly reading your posts and taking positions on Solarvest in the weeks before. While initially it was only the corporate exercises and growth prospects that attracted me, it seems that my investments have paid off and in the next phase, we are going to see Solarvest EXPLODE EXPONENTIALLY. By building and owning a 50MW Solar plant, Solarvest will be create a stable and continuous revenue stream. Secondly, with all the indications that Solarvest will be having over 300MW of EPCC contracts in the pipeline over the next 2 years, it seems all price estimates to date have been too conservative. From what I heard, the 300MW is AC capacity and in Solar terms, the actual construction capacity is actually going to be 1.4 - 1.5 times more. So we are actually looking at 420-450MWp? Isn't that more than a RM1,000,000,000 in revenue?

When come to recovery play insas will be the best mah...!!

Its Nta is rm 2.83 per share loh!

Its intrinsic value when inclusive of inari mark to market gain exceed rm 5.00 per share mah...!!

Insas has a net cash exceeding Rm 0.90 per share woh!

When comes to earnings based on half year result insas profits is already rm 148m or eps 22.2 sen loh!

It is anticipated insas can hit eps of 40 sen per share giving pe of 2.1x mah!!

Thus insas is a stock which have both strong earnings of eps of 40 sen & back up with strong intrinsic share value of exceeding Rm 5.00 per share compare with the huge discounted share price of rm 0.875 per share loh!

Thus INSAS IS A SCREAMING BUY loh which u should not missed mah!

JUST jump in b4 too late loh!

The opportunity is now when insas is still wonderfully undervalue mah..!!

The 1st step u must find out got:

gemfinder, don't be sour grapes just because you've sold and try to discourage the investors who have foresight from reaping their well deserved gains. Or are you scheming to press down the price for re-entry? Gonna be tough, now that the news is out. Now trying to push Kpower just because you got in there? 50MW vs 300+MW, I'm sure the rest of the i3'ers know their math.
