If not mistaken, for bonus issue of ordinary share, the share price only adjusted on listing date

Nasi lemak, of course they only announce bonus issue of ordinary share. But the warrant will need to b adjusted too, otherwise it will not seem fit , i don't know how to explain here
The exercise ratio will b changed，become rm1 , and warrant splitted

Ist phase is 1w for 4 shares held.

2nd phase is 1w for 2w held and 1 share for 2 share held.

Example.
If u have 4000 shares, u will receive 1000 warrant under phase 1.

So, u will have 4000 share n 1000 warrant now.

Under phase 2. U will get 2000 bonus share and 500 bonus warrant.

In the end, you have 6000 share n 1500 warrant.

relex man ... in whatever market condition with whatever situation .. like if slvest discover gold in their house some people still will say the below
1. run fast before too late
2. burn and run
3. cut lost
4. run if you still can
5. good luck
6. over price now
7. overbought now
8. Games over..
9. slvest mother got period , share price will drop

so .. just ignore them ..we are in free country . they can say whatever they can .
or I put it in a more sarcastic way

Need to compare EPS and revenue. But for tech stocks especially solar related (Biden concept stocks), the PE tolerance can go up to near 80. (if market sentiment is intact)

I am a chicken. So I only dare to touch those with lower PE.

stockfreak, giving bonus issue is splitting the shares, in another word diluting each share's value. Maybe they paid some processing fees la, but nothing to lose. By splitting it smaller, they made it more liquid

From what I understand they are not splitting shares. They will give free shares(if you have 10 lots you will get 5 lots free to be added into your mother share this 23/03) pls correct me. Thanks.

（吉隆坡8日讯）市场盛传第四大型太阳能项目（LSS4）可能最快本周出炉，再生能源相关业者股票对此反应不一。

Cypark资源（Cypark Resources Bhd）、Solarvest Holdings Bhd及Pimpinan Ehsan Bhd今早走高，而迈德资源（Minetech Resources Bhd）、美佳第一（Mega First Corporation Bhd）和德成控股（Tek Seng Holdings Bhd）则对此消息毫无反应。

截至早上11时44分，Cypark资源升3仙或2%，至1.53令吉，Solarvest涨6仙或2.31%，报2.66令吉，Pimpinan Ehsan扬1仙或0.53%，至1.88令吉。

美佳第一、德成控股和迈德资源则分别维持在7.42令吉、60仙及20.5仙。

根据《The Edge》财经周刊引述消息来源的报道，预计最快本周公布LSS4得标名单。

LSS4可生产高达1吉瓦（GW）或1000兆瓦（MW）电力，预计2023年实现，为迄今LSS计划最大的产电项目。

LSS3可生产500兆瓦电力，LSS1和LSS2的产电力共958兆瓦。
