most if not all property counters trade below P/E Ratio 10, so this stock is overvalue. There are also better IPO this month/next month so most likely people will skip this IPO. Who knows? If you subscribe, you most likely will get it. If it closes below IPO price the first day, I will not be surprised.
Hard to compare accounting software company with property company...but they still have similarity, e.g. Radium will fly like Autocount on the listing day
