The Federal Court on Wednesday (June 21) upheld a Court of Appeal decision last year that quashed a development order for the construction of a 45-storey apartment complex near Jalan Jejaka 1 and Lorong Peel by Pavilion Integrity Sdn Bhd and ruling that the Kuala Lumpur City Hall acquire and build a road that had already been gazetted in the KL draft plan.
Guys..now it has been proven that this company is conman company.. They will keep facing lawsuit left and right..The Gan family is from a long line of scammer.. Avoid them in future and sell this share before it dips down further.

Noticed that these property companies are trading at PE below 20 at price at half or less than NTA.
Now look at RADIUM: PE:110, NTA:0.15, current price:0.375
If this is not a scam then how do you explain those inflated price? they will have profit for selling house units but those profit will be offset with litigation and compensation damage. Dont wait until this become SSB8, another one of their counter and only then you want to regret.
@Ktrade you think Radium didn't manipulate their data or do you think 80% of property counter manipulate their data? either way do you think they have a chance rebound? They still struggle to convince people that their IPO price is correct.
If you think the PE and NTA was manipulated, how about those resident that sued them? Did other people manipulate them?

Everyday the buy rate for this counter is 0%, all smart investor know other counter is much better than this.
The news clearly stated DBKL will compensate fully on court order. It was also never the developer's fault as the council was criticized by the court for sudden change of plan resulting in this embarrassing news.
