Of course, SKYWLD focuses on long-term goodwill which is brand recognition for future project sales, while the others (no need to mention alrdy) only focus on margins
You should compare the PE difference between RADIUM and SKYWLD. RADIUM fell because of overvaluation, and the IPO price of the main board must not be lower than RM0.50. Therefore, RADIUM has no way to adjust the listing price under the high valuation. On the other hand, the valuation of SKYWLD is half of RADIUM, so it is very hard for it to slide further.
