In Malaysia casino market u want have an already listed company X trading at PE5x but nobody want to buy. But another company Y in exactly the same business as company X go IPO at PE 30x, and every body rushing to buy company Y IPO.

I think a lot of people don't know the value of this company. Those sellers might be the retailers who are panic and fearful or disappointed with the share price movements.
For me, I think the price below the Ipo is temporary and would be rebound in due course.
I treat this stock as an investment , not as speculations.
I won't treat Bursa Market as a casino.
(Just my opinion)

I think the sellers are mostly retailers who got the IPO shares as the sales volume is not big
