I go for WCT as WCT got malls , Hotels which SPSetia don't have & plus the engineering section which SPSetia don't have too, so my bet is on WCT.

those in building industry have tendency to shy away from construction counters but have more tendency to own property counters

SP Setia also got mall - Setia City Mall
Hotel - non to my knowledge so far
Engineering section - Setia Precast S/B, the size is similar to the listed construction counter - Bina Puri Bhd

WCT had quite a number of shopping malls and more to be build soon. 4 more shopping malls on the way in fact. in Ho Chi Minh City, WCT is building the biggest shopping mall & hotel complex in Vietnam, still under construction and be ready in 1 year or 2. KLIA2 will have rental income starting 2013.
