TA Enterprise: TA Global expects lower earnings from property division TA Global, the property arm of stockbroker TA Enterprise, expects earnings from its property development division to be lower in the financial year ending Jan 31, 2014 (FY15) due to lower demand for higher priced properties and rising cost pressure. It however said it will continue to focus on its Damansara Avenue project – 19.42ha upscale mixed development in Bandar Sri Damansara – and will be launching some new projects in FY15 to sustain its earnings from property development. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TA Global said it is also projecting lower earnings contributions from its overseas and local property investments in FY144 in view of the expected upgrading works to be undertaken at some of the projects. @tessa.....bought Asiapac today instead of Lienho. With the completion of Imago Mall, one of it's kind in KK, mall even bigger than Pavilion, KL end of the year, Asiapac can easily double in price....hehehe
A derivative security that gives the holder the right to purchase securities (usually equity) from the issuer at a specific price within a certain time frame. Warrants are often included in a new debt issue as a "sweetener" to entice investors.
The main difference between warrants and call options is that warrants are issued and guaranteed by the company, whereas options are exchange instruments and are not issued by the company. Also, the lifetime of a warrant is often measured in years, while the lifetime of a typical option is measured in months.
The longest term for an option is two to three years, while a stock warrant can last for up to 15 years. So, in many cases, a stock warrant can prove to be a better investment than a stock option if mid- to long-term investments are what you seek - sources investopedia
patutlah dsonic-ca, dsonic tak mengaku issue, rupanya ambank issue, alahai janji boleh buat duit, tu yang penting. aku bengang dengan asiabio apa pasal tak kasi beli warrant ini beli or baru dapat warrant tangkai jering betul
Yup anything starts with C not issued by the company, anything starts with W issued by the company, as simple as that with our bursa.
Wait, wait....apa YS tulis, pening baca,ok, ok, I think I faham.
I jual my asiabio oredi at lost amounting to thousands of ringgit because I felt the company unfair. They should bagi current shareholder free warrant, but their idea you buy OR first than get warrant. This company tak pernah issue warrant before...just saying. Kalau dah pernah issue before, boleh maaf. Ok got to go now. G'day to everyone on this wall.
Hi Firebird2, I nak tido oredi, saw your posting. My favourite satay at Belanga. You know Belanga right, Mid Valley pun ada Belanga. I usually makan at Empire Subang Jaya outlet. Slightly expensive though. The other place you can try Section 14 PJ. There's one satay shop basement, upstair the famous mamak popiah, if I'm not mistaken the name Nora's Satay - Satay Kajang. Open 3.00 pm until 6.00 pm all habis. The popiah too by 5.00 pm all gone....hmmm But if you want classy and stylish place you must go to Belanga. Satay Station Wangsa Maju another good place, their outlet in Shah Alam not as good, according to my sister the Datin.
Good morning bro n sis. Good morning to my special bro FortuneB n FT.
Happy trading n investing n punting if u re a punter. N happy gambling if u re judi kaki like kuya tj. Happy surfing if u re ombak surfer like wavvy Connie.
We view that the project, while involving many foreign players who have the necessary expertise, will also benefit local players. Potential beneficiaries of the PIC and RAPID as a whole include Dialog, KNM Group, Muhibbah Engineering, MMHE, Petronas Chemicals, Daya Materials, Salcon, Eversendai, Mudajaya, Gadang and WCT Engineering. With tendering activities still ongoing, we view that contracts from the PIC could be awarded within 2Q14 so that works can start by late 2014 or early 2015 in order to meet the project’s 2019 completion target.
Tess, you must be a satay lover. You know many good places for it. I will remember these names you give here, I think I have been to Nora's. Belanga is a new name rite? Previously they were operating with another name? Once a while I will go with colleagues, and because of the many places, I can forget easily too.
FT bro, Superlon expanding to India, could be big business there. Big market, hopefully go regionally too. Slowly but surely,,
Firebird2, this is the link for Belanga Cafe at The Gardens Mid Valley City, if in Subang Jaya at Empire Shopping Gallery https://ms-my.facebook.com/belangacafe
Ok thanks Tess, You sure know how to enjoy your food. A balanced lifestyle. I will try when I am around. Just read kcchongnz's stories. Tells us how life should and should not be. You familiar with Shah Alam area, once some business associates took me to this restaurant behind the Stadium, there was a nyonya restaurant serving dishes, one of it was some chicken meat balls deep fried crispy, so yummy, wonder if you know the place? Again I forgot the name
