1) MULTICODE. Price now at RM1.50. Target price RM2.00
Its Salient Factors Are
i) Improving Profits Yearly.
ii) Dividends also increased
iii) NTA has Jumped to RM2.17 They have undervalued assets in Iskandar. One unit 2 Storey Freehold house in Taman Desa Jaya, Johor valued below RM150,000. This same house in Penang is worth RM1 Million & KL RM700,000. Calvin's estimated current value is around RM300,000.
iv) Directors Are Buying, Buying & Buying Up Multicode Shares up to RM1.67.
So Multicode is a safe buy with strong upward potential.
2) Malaysia Steel Works - Mother at 98 cts Wa at 34 cts.
Wa expires in October 2015. Conversion at 67 cts. So Warrant at 34 cts is inexpensive if you want to leverage on growth
Why Masteel & not other steel cos?
Answers:
i) Greater KL MRT, LRT & Inter City Rail Need Long Steel for Pillars.
ii) High Rise Buildings like Merdeka Towers, TRX, Sg Buloh 50 Bil Project & Iskandar Skyscraper Boom also need lots of Pillars & hence Long Steel products.
iii) Masteel has the lowest gearing among steel cos.
iv) Selling at huge 60% Discount to NTA of RM2.50
v) Impending Launch of WCE Highway, KL-Spore Bullet Train & Kidex Also Need Lots of Long Steel
vi)Potential Launch of Iskandar Inter City Rail Link will give Masteel/Kub a RM1.2 Billions Job.
vii) Company is Ramping Up Production for greater steel consumption. And as factories are located near major construction works augur well
viii) EdgeDaily Highly Recommend Masteel in its stock selections.
As you know by now I have always recommended shares when they are cheap. Although I own a Blue Chip counter called UMW at over RM10.00 I never tell anyone to buy UMW
I recommended SILK at 40 cts. When SILK flew away I never ask anyone to chase.
Likewise I recommended ASB at 14.5 cts. It jumped over 80% to touch 27.5 cts in just weeks. I also refrained from telling you to chase it. In fact I always warn against recklessness.
In this way, you will amplify your gains and if there are losses there are really minimal. You can check my words in PM Corp Forum thread carefully. Caution has always been Calvin's motto.
MULPHA - Still Can Buy Because It Has Not Moved Yet
Long ago I learnt an important secret about investing. I want to share with you here because I hope all will stop making losses and Regain Your Capital
20 Years ago in 1994 I was a newbie in the Share Market. I followed other "Sifu" to chase popular shares all the time. Especially those that are in the headline news by Star, NST or Nan Yang Siang Pau papers.
Usually frustrating because when I bought it was usually at the peak and few days after I paid top prices I had to cut loss. So most of the time my gain was little and my losses were much more. I noticed that many people around me were also in the same boat - losing money!
LIGHT SHONE ONE DAY!
Then one day during lunch break I met a guy holding a stack of cheques in his hands. He was beaming with smile happily. I asked him, "Why so happy? And what are those cheques for?"
He replied, "These cheques are my contra gains." I inquired further, "How come you got so much success while many of us are suffering losses? What's your secret?"
Then he shared His Secret,"Buy Those Shares That Haven't Move Yet!"
YES! THAT WAS THE SECRET - "BUY GOOD LAGGARD SHARES THAT HAVEN'T MOVE YET"
And Calvin Tan has One Really Good One For All Here
.....BUY ALL MULPHA SHARES YOU CAN AFFORD.......
Even MP Corp Has Moved from 39.5 cts to 54 cts. All other Iskandar Property Counters Have Move by hundred and thousand in percentage already.
So MULPHA Will Be The NEXT TO GO! GO! POWER RANGER!
HAPPY INVESTING!
And When You Do Make Money Some Day - Go Do Some Charity Work!
