On friday,retail net buys=106.3mil
local institution net sales=-26.1mil
foreign net sales=-80.2mil

Does this mean optimism is back or still bearish?

Haha jamie.This mkt is news driven now.It may take weeks to settle down.Now add on plunge in crude oil.And Tun said is not easy to cancell certain contracts like Hsr n Ecrl.I would think negatives still outweigh positives.
