Market Wrap–3Nov15: KLCI closed +13.49 pts (+0.81%) @1,664.07 pts. Following the strong gains in regional markets overnight, the FBM KLCI closed the session higher as there were 26 index-linked heavyweight gainers on the key index. Meanwhile, the lower liners also ended in the positive territory with the exception of Construction Index which fell 0.6%. On the FBM KLCI, there are 26 advancers, 1 decliners and 3 traded unchanged. WTI Crude oil price stood at US$46.34.

Willow: Its current consolidation phase appeared to have ended when it bottomed at 0.72. But, the selling momentum picked up over the last 2 trading sessions. Probably traders who bought just before the price jump are locking in profits. It needs to break out from 0.795 with volume before it can have another meaningful bullish run. Immediate support is at 0.73.
Homeritz: It is trading within its uptrend channel. Its current consolidation has ended with good support at 1.07. It is turning bullish with good increased volume coupled with a declining selling momentum. If the strong resistance at 1.16 is overcome, it will be poised to take out its next resistance at 1.20.
Gadang: Bullish after breaking out from its midterm down trend line on 26/10 followed by a breakaway gap on 30/10. It is now consolidating after hitting a high of 1.86, now the resistance, with volume. Immediate support is at 1.76 and will have strong gap support at 1.67/1.69. This stock remains bullish with a potential re-rating of its valuation on the cards based on its recent spectacular financial performance being the catalyst.
Unisem: Bullish and currently consolidating sideways with an immediate support at 2.33. It is losing momentum at the moment and could likely trade side ways before attempting to overcome its resistance at 2.40.
Morning Buzz-06Nov15: Dow closed -4.15 pts (-0.02%) @ 17,863.43 pts. The U.S. stockmarkets booked its second consecutive session of losses overnight ahead of the jobs report – which is due to be released on Friday. On the broader market, energy, utilities and materials led the sectors decliners, while consumer discretionary and financials outperformed.
Meanwhile, the FBM KLCI managed to extend its gains for the third straight session yesterday amid the slightly positive market breadth. The MACD Histogram has extended another green bar, while the RSI hovers above the 30 level. The immediate resistance will be envisaged around the 1,700-1,720 levels. Support is pegged around the 1,640-1,660 levels.
Tecguan : Bullish. Seems to have awaken from its slumber. Has broken its 1.70 previous high. It is certainly priming itself for another upward move with a TP of 1.84/1.90. Strong support at 1.62. Immediate support is at 1.73.
