Reits safe?

Last time I bought Hektar reit for rm1.00 and sold it above rm1.40. It did'nt escape the 2007/8 crash when Hektar dropped by 50% to 70 cents.

And I bought it again at 70 cents after the crash.

So reit is also not safe from market meltdown.

safe? look across the causeway and see how s-reits are being shredded to pieces lately. coming to bolehland soon.
