So yeah! We have all malay administration! And yeah, Selangor is also malay government! And our civil service is almost 100% malays!
So how come this all malays fail to act during Selangor major flood recently!
Well, you guess is as good as mine! But imcompetence written all over! In fact of late imcompetence is now Malaysia culture!
Basically, things are not function well at all! Corruption on all levels! Bloated civil service with so many napoleons ruling over! In the end, we inherit a system that is so faulty, eventually things will breakdown to completely!
When one play indoctrinate race and religion over competency, you get what you wish for!
