Glomac Berhad ("Glomac" or "the Company") - Thirty-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("34th AGM")

The Board of Directors of Glomac wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 34th AGM dated 30 August 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 34th AGM held today. All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results were validated by Sharepoll Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.

Glomac used to be a great developer but today its revenue and profits are continuing to going downwards. Also last time i used to get good dividends but not now. Investor
