Sime Darby posts RM1.3b net profit in Q4

KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby posted a net profit of RM1.3 billion in 4th quarter while registering RM3.7billion net profit for the full year.
The 4Q earnings was 19 per cent better than the same quarter in the previous year.
The full year net profit meanwhile declined by 11 per cent compared with last financial year's earnings.
Revenue for the full year was one per cent lower at RM46.77 billion while for the 4th quarter 8 per cent down to RM12.93 billion year-on-year.
